Shadowing & Preceptorship
One-on-one shadowing and preceptorship opportunities are available either at Aurspa or at a student’s own private practice. Each experience is tailored to the individual and can include clinical skill-building, practical applications of running a spa, inventory management, supply sourcing, and operational strategies.

Her career spans top-level management roles, private practice, and decades of hands-on patient care, making her a trusted authority in both medical esthetics and healthcare operations.

For more than 16 years, Valentina has trained and mentored medical professionals across the country in a wide spectrum of aesthetic treatments—including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, biostimulators, and advanced combination techniques. Her teaching blends deep clinical expertise with practical, real-world application, making her a trusted educator for providers at every stage of their careers.
In addition to her training work, Valentina serves as a state representative for the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals and is a sought-after consultant for medical practices looking to successfully integrate esthetics into their business models.
A Career Rooted in Passion for Anti-Aging Medicine
Her passion for anti-aging medicine began in the early 1980s while working as a private nurse to Dr. Norman Hugo, Chief of Plastic Surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.
