As we prepare for your visit, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and no-show policy. When you book with us, you’re reserving time with a skilled provider whose schedule has been set aside just for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult to rebook that time and result in a direct loss for your provider.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- If you are a spa member, your missed or late-canceled appointment will be deducted from your membership balance.
- AURSPA reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Med Spa Appointments
Appointments with our Nurse Practitioner require a $50 fee for same-day cancellations and no-shows.
Couples Massages & Group Appointments (2+ Services Same Day)
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure couples massage appointments and any bookings with two or more services scheduled on the same day.
- Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours in advance without forfeiting your deposit.
- Any rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours will result in a lost deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- A 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the total for couples massages and group bookings of two or more services.
