When you book an appointment, you’re reserving time with a skilled provider whose schedule is dedicated exclusively to your care. We value your time—and we ask for the same courtesy in return. Missed or late-canceled appointments not only impact our business, but also prevent another guest from enjoying the service they may need. Our policies are in place to honor the time, energy, and expertise of our team while keeping our schedule open and accessible to all clients.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will also be charged 100% of the service cost.
- Spa Members: missed or late-canceled appointments will be deducted from your membership balance.
- AURSPA reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Med Spa Appointments
- Appointments with our Nurse Practitioner require a $75 fee for same-day cancellations and no-shows.
Couples Massages & Group Appointments (2+ Services Same Day)
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all couples massages and group bookings.
- Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours in advance without forfeiting your deposit.
- Any rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours will result in a lost deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to couples massages and group bookings of two or more services.
Tipping Policy
Gratuity is always appreciated for the care and attention our providers give to every guest. While never required, industry-standard gratuity ranges between 18–25%. For your convenience, gratuities can be added to your credit card or provided in cash. For couples massages and group bookings, a 20% gratuity is automatically included.
